makes NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS AND THEREFORE REQUIRES A DULY EXECUTED WRITTEN, DETAILED SERVICES AGREEMENT BEFORE ANY Services (OR THINGS! for VIP! Members) will be provided by aH4L! to any VIP! Member, VIP! Client, or Secondary Beneficiary (low Income/Networth VIP! Parent/Guardian/Caregiver).
• Further, such Agreement must be executed by the hands of an Officer of
aHAND4 ® Life!
, and a Fiduciary Agent(s) of the Parties to the Services Agreement.
• SO UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR in such Services Agreement, ALL OUR POLICIES BELOW SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT (no exceptions).
